1. Product Authenticity
All products featured on our website are thoughtfully curated and presented with accurate details, including fabric type, color, weaving style, and craftsmanship. Minor variations in shade or texture may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences. These natural variations do not constitute product defects.

2. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation message or email at their registered contact details. Orders are processed only upon successful payment. GM Collections reserves the right to cancel orders in situations such as stock unavailability, payment verification failures, or unforeseen system issues.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Pricing may change at any time based on market fluctuations, raw material costs, or promotional adjustments. The price displayed at the time of purchase will be considered final for that order.

4. Payment Methods
We accept secure payments via UPI, debit and credit cards, and approved online payment gateways. Customers must ensure accurate payment information before submitting their order. GM Collections is not liable for failed transactions or payments made with incorrect details.

5. Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched within the stated delivery timeline, typically within 3–7 working days depending on the destination. Unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or natural circumstances. Tracking information will be shared once the order is shipped.

6. Return & Exchange
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact within 7 days of delivery. Custom-stitched or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Use of Content
All images, designs, product descriptions, and creative content displayed on our website and social media platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of GM Collections. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
