  • Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Custom-stitched or altered products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Request Period

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Our team will assist you with the return process and arrange pickup where applicable.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • Returned items will undergo a quality check to verify eligibility.

  • Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, and clearance stock cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or defective product), GM Collections will bear the return shipping charges.

  • For returns due to customer preference, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be offered.
