Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-stitched or altered products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Request Period

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us via phone at +91 8977007648 with your order details and reason for return.
  • We will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup where applicable.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, and clearance stock are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by GM Collections only if the error is on our part (wrong item or defective product).
  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
